Polymer rapid prototyping workshop: 3D printing technology, silicone mould replicas, injection press.
Electrical/electronic prototyping workshop: pick & place machines, reflow ovens, burn-in chambers.
Mechanical prototyping workshop: CNC and standard machines (4-axis, 5-axis, lathes, milling machines, drills).
Mounting and assembly workshop: mounting, assembly, acceptance testing of functional units and machinery.
Metrology laboratory: dimensional tests and inspections, reverse engineering (DEA, laser scanner, FARO ScanArm, profile projector).
Quality control laboratory: metallographic analysis, material characterisation, failure analysis (electron microscopes, hardness testers, profilographs/roughness testers, fatigue test machine).
